- 1 - 2 Weeks: All Products Needing Engraving, Custom Birthstones and Special Orders
- 2 - 3 Weeks: Sterling Silver/Vermeil Masonic, Police and Military Rings
- 3 - 4 Weeks: Custom Engagement Rings, Gold Masonic, Police and Military Rings

- Return all new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery
- Used items are NOT returnable
- Customized items are NOT returnable including anything engraved or special ordered
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping cost
